It a solvent-free resin which means it not only reduces the pipe’s weight but also increases the water flow through the pipe and moreover it reduces the energy consumption by half. Also, it reduces and avoids fungal growth and similar process. It is used with multiple types of OH-Terminated Resins, Polyester Polyol resins, and other similar resins. It is also used for the chemical grooming of Wire Enameled products & Insulation Varnish which have better mechanical, Di- Electrical, and Electrical  Properties.


The melting (softening) point of CY Stable is 100°C approximately. It is soluble in liquids like Ethyl Acetate, Di Acetone Alcohol, Glycol Ethers, Ketones, Phenol and CresolIt is insoluble in Aliphatic Hydrocarbons and is 50 % soluble in Butyl Acetate. The product can sustain up to one year if it is properly sealed. Coatman Thermocoat 155 CY Stable is one of the best products out there for your enamel needs and as it is an exclusive product which is phenol masked polyisocyanate, It makes a better and amazing substitute to Bayer Desmodur CT Stable. The product is available in 50 & 100 KGs in paper drums.


The second top-notch product is Coatman Thermocoat Coatman  155  AP stable, which is another Phenol Masked Polyisocyanates product that is excellent for your wire enamel coating necessities. The isocyanates showed is that of 12 % level.  AP stable is a solvent-free product and it is light yellow in color. The product can be mixed with many types of Polyol And Other Resins (Oh-Terminated) so that it can be formulated for Photo emulsion. It then can be used for textile, screens (Nickel Graver) and motor varnishes It is also a solvent-free resin that has good properties for wire enamels varnish (Combination, Electrical, and Di-electrical Binder). Ap stable properties make it a perfect substitute of Bayer Demodur Ap Stabl The melting point of AP Stable is similar to that of CY stable, that is 100°C approximately and is soluble in solvents like Ethyl Acetate, Di Acetone Alcohol, Butyl Acetate, Otherester, Phenol,

  Cresol, Ketones, Glycol Ethers and is insoluble in Hydrocarbons (Aliphatic). Same as CY stable, it is available in paper drums of 50 kgs & 100 kgs.
