Manvar 300 is a Wire Enamel Varnish, Two Pack Moisture Cured Insulating Varnish, to be precise. Wire enamels are applied up to 30 layers in wires of copper and aluminum, which is done to provide electrical insulation and when there are incidents like short-circuit by winding the wire. These wire enamels have excellent chemical and thermal resistance, and therefore they adhere very well to copper and aluminum wires and have outstanding stability.


 It is also used in a transformers varnish, which is when an insulating varnish is finished off on an electrical apparatus consisting of coils of insulated wire. This varnish is also used to seal all fibrous material or hygroscopic materials against moisture absorption in the winding process. It is also used to bond winding, insulation, and wires mechanically as a whole. It makes the product more shock-resistant and mechanical, and vibration-resistant.
